Welcome to Classic Gadget BD. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By using this site or ordering products from here, you signify your agreement to our policies.

1. Order Process & Confirmation

• Confirmation Timeline: After placing an order on our website or Facebook page, our representative will confirm your order via phone call within a maximum of 24 to 72 hours.

• Accurate Information: Providing your correct name, full address, and an active mobile number is mandatory while placing an order.

  
  

2. Delivery Charges & Timeline

We are committed to delivering products in the shortest possible time:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery Charge ৳70 (Timeline: 1–3 Working Days).

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery Charge ৳120 (Timeline: 2–5 Working Days). (Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions or transportation issues.)

  
  

3. Payment Methods & Advance Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide Cash on Delivery service all over Bangladesh. You can pay after receiving the product.

• Advance Payment: Partial or full advance payment may be required in special cases:

  1. If the order value exceeds ৳5,000.

  2. If the customer's previous delivery record (Success Rate) is not satisfactory.

  3. For specific product categories outside Dhaka.

• Payment Methods: Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket (Numbers will be provided during the order confirmation call).

  
  

4. Return & Replacement Policy

To ensure a safe shopping experience, we have a simple return policy:

• Product Inspection: Please open the package and check the product in front of the delivery man.

• Returns: If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged, return it immediately to the delivery man.

• Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not applicable for 'Change of Mind' or 'Personal Preference'. The product must be unused and include the original packaging.

  
  

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

• We do not have a direct Cash Refund system. However, if a product is found defective, we will exchange it free of charge.

• If the desired product is out of stock, an alternative product of equal value or a coupon code will be provided.

  
  

6. Shipping & Handling Security

To ensure your gadgets reach you intact, we use:

• High-quality Bubble Wrap Protection.

• Strong cardboard box packaging.

• Strict quality control inspections for every product before shipping.

  
  

7. Importance of Unboxing Video

For any complaints (such as damaged products or receiving an empty box), we request customers to record an Unboxing Video (a continuous video from the start of opening the packet until the end). It may be difficult to accept claims for damaged products without video proof.
