Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your favorite gadget, click "Add to Cart" or "Order Now," and provide your name, address, and phone number on the checkout page.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We deliver within 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka.
Q: Can I check the product before paying?
A: Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery. You can check the product in front of the delivery man to ensure it's exactly what you ordered.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please record an Unboxing Video while opening the package. If the product is damaged, show the proof to the delivery man or contact us immediately at 01624-800502.

Need to know where your parcel is? We use reliable couriers like Pathao and Steadfast. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or phone call.
3. Return & Exchange Support
If you face any technical issues with your electronic gadgets within the warranty period (3/5/7 days based on product), please reach out to our support team. Note: Returns are not applicable for 'Change of Mind'.
