At Classic Gadget BD, we strive to provide high-quality gadgets and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our brand.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage all customers to inspect their products immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person.
If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you should return it to the delivery person immediately.
Important: If you find any issues after the delivery person has left, you must notify us within 24 hours.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer a replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects or technical issues under the following conditions:
Timeline: You must report the issue within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product (depending on the specific product category).
Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusion: Replacements are not applicable for non-electronic items (unless damaged during shipping) or for "Change of Mind" (e.g., if you simply do not like the color or the product after use).
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect your purchase, we require an Unboxing Video for all claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening.
The process of opening the box and inspecting the item must be captured in one continuous, unedited clip.
Without a clear unboxing video, it may be difficult for us to process your claim.
4. Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds: Please note that Classic Gadget BD does not offer direct cash refunds.
Exchange or Credit: If a product is defective and a replacement is unavailable in our stock, we will offer you an alternative product of equal value or a store credit/coupon for your next purchase.
Special Cases: If an advance payment was made for a product that we cannot fulfill, a refund will be processed through the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket) within 7–10 working days.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
For other valid exchange cases, the customer and Classic Gadget BD may share the shipping cost (50/50) or as per the specific agreement during the support call.
6. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty or replacement will not be valid if:
The product is physically damaged, burned, or broken by the user.
The original serial number or warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
Issues caused by an unstable power supply or unauthorized repair attempts.
